FAITHFUL: A Series on the Faithfulness of God 

God’s Word declares that God is faithful, specifically, God is faithful to His children: “Know therefore that the LORD your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who loves him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.” Deuteronomy 7:9

The faithfulness of God can be likened to a mountain. God’s faithful presence in our lives is sure, secure, unshakeable, constant, immutable. We never have to doubt that God is there for us his children, just like we do not doubt a mountain’s presence when it is hidden by clouds.

God’s faithfulness to us has implications for us. The Faithful God calls us to live faithful lives. In our summer preaching series we will be exploring passages of Scripture where God calls His people – us! - to lives of faithfulness. By God’s grace, we don’t respond to this invitation as those who are alone, because the God who invites us is faithful.  

In each sermon we explore how God’s gracious invitation to faithfulness is not only for our own blessing, but for the good of others – and ultimately the glory of God."
